These threads are not checked with the
instructor, but Brenda Paternoster's book shows that Gutermann's
S303 silk is 3Z 27 wpc.
-A Linen choice with the same number of wraps is Fresia 2S 70/2
27 wpc
-A cotton thread with the same number of wraps is Sulky Premium All
Purpose - 30 Wt. 2Z 27 wpc.
The alternatives do not match in thread structure, however.
